Sunday 10th October - Cape Cod to Williamstown

Took the 250 mile drive through beautiful countryside, mainly on motorways and A roads but all tree lined showing signs of Autumn foliage.  An absolutely stunning drive.  Stopped at loads of places along the way until we got to Williamstown.  Checked into our charming little motel (The Maple Terrace Inn)
and then drove up to the summit of Mount Greylock which is about 3500 feet high to see the sunset.

Then it was back to Williamstown to the Water Street Grill where Jean had a magnificant steak.

Here are some of the photos we took on the drive............

and finally ........

Off to White River Junction in Vermont tomorrow through various State Parks.

  1. Dave, last photo of Jean; clearly taken with a DSLR, nice bokeh and better dynamic range, whereas the one above of you (2nd to last) taken with a P&S and I see Jean never did get the hang of the rule of thirds.
